It's almost noon when Treasure, Qaletaqa, and the others arrive at the ranch. Her father tells her some news that she wasn't expecting.
"No," she put her hands on her hips and shook her head. Qaletaqa tries to get her to eat before she storms off. But he knew that is nothing he could say or do to change her mind.
Richard pats his shoulder. "Son, we might as well eat. Your wife isn't going to eat until she has some answers. You can tell me all the details of your trip while we wait."
Qaletaqa nods his head looking at his wife walk upstairs.
Treasure knocks on her grandmother's bedroom door. It only took a second for Elise to "say come in," she was sitting in her rocking chair.
"Grandmother, what is this that I'm hearing? Why are you leaving?" Treasure hugs her and then sits in the
