My excitement at Mildred’s suggestion to look at the room again, had my wolf howling in pleasure in my head; he wanted to get Mildred to submit to him, and that confused me a little, as Mildred does not have a wolf, she is not a Hybrid like Emily was. His fascination with Mildred was greater than mine and that did not make much sense to me. He should be sniffing out our mate, not worried about this beautiful Elven woman.
