I woke up from my deep slumber by a warm sensation touching my tummy. Flickering my eyes, I looked down to see Miles smiling and started murmuring, talking to my bump. I frowned as I was shocked by what he was doing here. I didn’t move. I was trying to listen to what he was saying.
“Hi, sweety, this is daddy…I’m sorry for upsetting you and your Mommy. I didn’t know you are already here in mommy’s tummy. Had I known it, I would’ve taken care of you two. I regretted it, sweety, I hurt your mommy, but I will do my best to win her back’…. Sweety, please don’t give mommy a hard time. She has been sick all the time.”
