Despite what Doctor Valencia says, I do not have time to mourn my lost time with my mates. I have a kingdom to rule. In times of turmoil, the heads of state must show their perseverance and be a guide to hope. If I show too much weakness, it will not strengthen Duri; it will only weaken it. That is what I will do. I will let no one under my skin again.
The first thing I need to do as head of state is plan the memorial for the first anniversary of Angel and Sam’s disappearance and the opening of the new hospital wing in Angel’s former pack. Angel’s brother, Alpha Daniel Forest, wanted to open his hospital on the anniversary, but I could not give him that.
