Dressed in gray like the locals, we enter a new portal. Our guide has already explained about the place we are going. Time goes faster in this world than in most, so it’s used as a massive farm. That’s how the elves can sustain themselves and why slaves aren’t as starved as expected.
Another unexpected bonus to time going fast is that the elves have less control over the world than they do of others. The elves avoid the place, only checking in once every few decades. Therefore, this is one of the freest of the worlds and perfect for a secret slave community.
