Lisa's "carrot-and-stick" approach had managed to make both Serena Williams, Cloud Airlines' special customer service representative and the airport's head of security to relent and allow them access to the CCTV footage that included Wally's a*******n prior to Conrad Eisenhardt's k********g.
The head of security first required Gabe and Lisa to give him the room, for he needed some privacy to prepare the footage.
The trio left the security control room for a little break and Serena did not neglect to remind the guests once more that her job hinged on their word that none of this would get out into public.
Lisa once again reassured Serena that both she and Gabe would never renege on their promise.
Gabe agreed as well, reasserting his promise to calm her down.
