Katherine had woken up just a few minutes before him. Taking in his sleeping form, she supported her body over her elbow. He looked so peaceful, sleeping with his lips slightly apart and his stubborn bangs were falling over his forehead. She very badly wanted to push back those thick threads of hair but she didn’t want to wake him up and decided to keep still.
It had been a month since the operation and life was coming back to normal for Ashton and Katherine.
This was becoming regular now. Every morning she woke up next to him and she still couldn’t believe that he was with her. She couldn’t help but be drawn to him every second of the day.
