I gaze down at my beautiful mate as she sleeps peacefully for the first time in days. Maybe me finally telling her the truth eased some of the tension she was feeling. Although the mating bond isn't 100% completed i can still feel her more intensely than before. I don't want to push her into completing the bond but i am afraid of the danger she is in while we are in transition. The female wolves were already flocking to me as it was but now that i have a mate, a human mate some of them might try to take her out before i can make her fully mine. Jealousy can be a very dangerous thing for wolves even if they are not your mate.
