OLIVIA I’d woken up to the buzz of my phone early in the morning. My head spun and I groaned, rolling to the other side so I could reach my phone. It was a message from an unsaved number. Attached to the text was an image of me fighting off the men in black suits back at the airport that day ‘They belong to a special organization from Snow Mark city. It will be hard to know why they attacked you.’ I realized this was from Olean, the old man from that bar yesterday. Yesterday, he’d said I might hear from him earlier. I didn’t think it’d be this early. But this was not enough. I needed to know who was behind them. ‘I’ll pay you whatever you want. I need to find out why I was attacked as soon as possible.’ “Yes, ma’am.’ He replied. I dropped my phone, pressing my palm to my forehead.
