I didn’t sleep last night. Well, I couldn’t. My eyes were a bit swollen with dark circles under them. On the other hand, Liah slept soundly and was now playing with my fingers, trying to knot them together. It was today. Brian had informed me last night that we’d be leaving for Snow Mark City today. I still couldn’t bring myself to explain it to her. Everything I’d overheard in Brian’s study went through my mind. I was trying to piece them together in case I’d find something.
