EMILY'S POV -- The morning sun isn't what wakes me up, but the sound of my phone vibrating on the nightstand has me jolting up in bed, my eyes squinting as the bright light shines into them. I turn my head, and my hair falling down my back tickles me as I stare at the empty bed beside me. I feel the sheets, noticing the warmth of the material and I know that he recently just got out of bed. The phone stops vibrating, and the silence snaps me out of my thoughts.
