Getting out with Regan was a well-overdue treat. It was good to just spend time in a masculine environment and served to calm Eros down after a long day away from Hope. He was whiny and paced around all day until he saw her again. Thankfully, I was able to keep him under control long enough to get Bill on board with setting up an advanced surveillance system in Regan's pack lands. He can be a bit ornery sometimes.
It was also a relief to be able to talk to someone who just gets it, particularly sinec we share a mate, though we didn't chat much about Hope. We didn't have to explain anything to each other, we could just be. I think that's why our friendship is so strong.
