Naomi laughed as Charlotte told her about her date night with William.
“Seriously, Naomi, I nearly fell of my chair with laughter. Even William was chuckling away to himself. I mean what type of middle-aged woman throws herself onto the floor and kicks her feet like a toddler just because the restaurant has sold out of the dish she wanted,” Charlotte giggled at the memory.
“Talking of food, I am going to have to head back to the cottage. Ruth is coming home for lunch today,” Naomi grinned, putting her polish and duster back into the cleaning cupboard.
“How is she doing?” Charlotte asked.
