Tamara’s pov
“What is wrong with you? Why are you smiling?” he asked me, and I just shrugged.
“Because you opened up to me.
I hate to see you carry all that pain inside you, seeing you release it feels good,” she said.
“The first thing about healing wounds is to expose them and then clean them,” I said and then held his hands.
“I am here, I will clean your wounds with you and help heal them.
And to do that you need to let me in,” I added.
He looked at me confused, “what? You don’t think that I am pathetic?” he asked me.
“What? Why would I think that you are pathetic?,” I asked him, and he just shrugged.
Is that why he wasn’t opening up to me?
Did he think that it would make him look weak and pathetic in my eyes?
“Do you know something?” I asked him and he shook his head
