Something's different. I could feel it in my bones, yet unable to figure out exactly what it was. For the last couple of days, everything in my life seemed so perfect that I was becoming a little paranoid.
Glancing at Max, who seemed busy with his assignment, I sighed softly and got busy scrolling through social media.
Max's behavior for the last few days also made me feel a little out of place. He suddenly became extraordinarily nice, even nicer than before and started paying attention to the little things around me. It felt nice and warm.
But at the same time, it also made me curious. My mind raced up to countless different scenarios and I found each one of them hilarious and impossible. But one thought that scared me the most was falling in love.
