I know Amelia does not want us to meet yet, though I do not understand why. Still, I understand you may have concerns, and I am happy to answer any questions you may have about me. I love your daughter, and I want you to know she is well cared for.
I appreciate you checking the locks to make sure she’s safe. I was prepared to drive into the city today to check myself. She hasn’t said much about the incident, which leads me to believe she’s more upset than she would like me to know. I think we can both agree that we don’t want her there alone for a while. She is always welcome here, and I hope we can convince her to come here or to your home.
