Alicia was stuck with calculation late in the evening when suddenly Zoe made the entrance.
“Hey, are you done?” Zoe questioned, standing on her toe and trying to look at her work.
“No, not yet… I am still stuck with calculations. I messed up again and have to correct it before I leave” Alicia replied, with her eyes fixed on the calculator.
“Then I will be taking my leave first. I have a date with my boyfriend,” Zoe announced happily.
Hearing Alicia come to halt and forcing a smile, she looked up at excited Zoe. “Okay, enjoy.”
“Thanks, see you tomorrow….” Zoe said, before making her way out.
