I dropped Thomas off at the hotel near Elisa's home. "Thanks, man..." he said, and I nodded.
"Thank you for everything. Having you around has come in handy..." I joked, and he chuckled.
"I wish Amanda thought my presence here was a good idea..." He sighed, and I lifted my eyebrows.
"What is the matter?" I asked,
"I am interested. She is funny and beautiful... I was sure she liked me until we got here. Around her family, she is off, and I can't figure out what it is." he said, and I nodded.
"If her family was similar to Elisa's, she must have been under pressure from her parents. Give her a break and be there for her." I winked, and he nodded.
"Now, let me get back to my wife..." I said, and he laughed.
