Maddox's POV
I open my eyes after a good night sleep. My insomnia is a lot better. I know it's because I feel much calmer than before. But I would also like to blame it on Zelda. Ever since she came into my life, everything seems to be just fine.
I am sleeping fine. I don't dream about my mom's dead body or Deborah's. I feel much calmer now. And I like my life's pace now.
I take a quick shower and throw on my burgundy shirt and black trousers. I walk downstairs and I see Ian, Kelsie and Zelda talk about something as they have their breakfast together.
Zelda has been staying with us since the past two days. Now her legs are doing fine. I informed Steven and even asked not to let Zelda go anywhere after what she had done to the armory.
