MADISON'S POV

I stare at the older version of Alpha Alessandro who is standing a few feet away from me. He is dressed in an expensive suit which is not surprising seeing the wealth of the pack. However, I am hating the look he is giving me. His face is hardening, and his gaze turns into a glare.

"Who are you and why are you here?" The ex-alpha of the Blue Moon Pack asks rudely.

"I strangely find this very amusing." I smirk rocking back and forth on the balls of my feet enjoying the feeling of annoying him.

"Who are you and what are you doing here in my pack?" He presses gritting his teeth.

"I am Madison Colbert, and I am here because apparently the shewolves of your pack need training." I simply reply.

"Training in what? Cooking or cleaning?" He asks confused making me roll my eyes.

"Now, I can see where Alpha Alessandro has gotten his stupidity." I remark folding my hands in front of my chest.

"Do you know that I can snap your neck without breaking a sweat?" He asks arrogantly as if I will get scared by his threat.

"Then you should try to do it." I response equally rudely to him.

"Till today no one dared to talk to me like this. I guess I have to teach you the lesson." By saying this he tries to slap me but like hell, I will let him hurt me without me doing anything wrong.

So, I hold his hand and put a little pressure breaking his wrist bones while he looks at me with anger.

Ava is constantly telling me to let her take over because she is done with getting insulted just because of our gender. But I can handle this situation calmly without breaking any rules.

"It would be good that you leave from here, or else it will not take much time for me to show you yoh your right place." I threaten to put more pressure on his already broken wrist. But I have to agree that the man has the gut to still glare at me.

"What is going on here?" Someone says from behind and someone means none other than Alpha Alessandro.

"Look at this stupid girl. She broke my wrist." Oldie complains like a toddler which makes me laugh but I bite my lips to refrain it.

"Father, why don't you go to your room and take rest?" Alpha Alessandro suggests looking like he doesn't want to interact with his father.

"So, you are not going to punish her? Who is she anyway?" Oldie asks glaring at his son.

"Looks like you have already forgotten my name." I remark rolling my eyes.

"Please shut up, Madison." Alpha Alessandro snaps at me making me scowl at him but still I keep quiet.

"Father, she is the head warrior of the Red Crescent Pack and I have asked her to train the girls of our pack." Alpha Alessandro tells his father whose eyes get comically widened.

"Are you out of your mind, Alessandro? You can't break tha rule of my pack by letting the women train. Haven't I taught you that male works outside the house ans female works inside the house? So, who gave you the right to change things?" Now, it's getting hard for me to control myself.

"The f**k you just said?" I growl ready to shift but Amanda rushes toward me before holding me back.

"Madi, let's get inside. We can train sometime else." Amanda says pulling me along with her.

ALESSANDRO'S POV

I look at my father who is fuming in anger and I exactly know that his anger is mostly on me for breaking the lifelong rule. I mind link everyone to get back to whatever they were doing and thankfully no one dare to say anything about the drama that unfold a few minutes ago.

"I never really thought that you would break the rules I made." Father remarks with a growl.

"You are probably forgetting that you are now a simple member of this pack, nothing more than that and I am the alpha here now. So it would be good if you don't come to teach me what to do and what not to do." I reply in my alpha tone which makes him tremble.

I don't stop there anymore and go inside my bedroom. What I feared is happening. Today father objected, tomorrow someone else will raise objections. Anyway, I'll have to talk to Madison about this one more time and have to make a final decision.

I walk inside the closet to wear a fresh set of clothes. Just as I walk back into the room, I find Isabella sitting on my bed which surprise me as I wasn't aware that she is coming today.

"What a pleasant surprise, darling." I let out opening my arms but like other time she doesn't run towards me. Instead, she huffs and turn away making me think exactly what I have done to make her this angry.

So, I sit beside her and pull her on my lap. At first, she whines but then settle down like the good girl she is.

"Now what have I done to make you this upset?" I ask making her face me.

"You don't love me anymore." She says pouting.

"Awe, why are you saying that?" I ask running my thumb on her lips before kissing them softly.

"If you still love me then why is there no planning for my birthday?" She asks making me bite my tongue.

Oh, s**t! I really forgot about her birthday which is tomorrow.

"Who says that there is no planning going around? Actually, I was planning to surprise you but if it's making you so sad then I am not going to hide anything. I have already ordered the pack members to decorate the backyard for your birthday party. Not only that, I have also ordered a custom made dress for you. I am sure you will look so pretty while wearing that dress." I let out hoping she will buy my lies.

"Really?" She asks excitedly.

"Yes, darling." I reply smiling at her.

"Oh, Alessandro. You are really the best boyfriend in this whole universe." She exclaims loudly before wrapping her arms around my neck making me sigh in relief. Now, all I have to do is make my lies true without her finding out.

"I just hope that you will soon realize how wrong you are doing by cheating on our mate." Damon remarks on my mind.

"Not now, Damon. How many times do I need to remind you that I don't consider anyone other than Isabella as my mate? I don't care about the mate bond because I have already selected my life partner so don't come pestering me about the same damn thing." I snap at my wolf getting irritated by his constant nagging regarding Madison.

"You can get as much as angry you want with me but remember a day will come when you will be regretting not listening to me." By saying this he disappeared in the back of my mind making me wonder why the moon goddess has paired me with a wolf who doesn't agree with me on many things.
