“Jedi! Will you stop?”
No matter how fast she was, Red managed to catch up. Unfortunately, Jedi, who was adamant to escape, landed a kick on his left knee which made him kneel on the ground.
Red cursed in pain. Seemed like his wife wanted to disable him. Disregarding the pain, he stood up to run after her again, but he could not cope with her speed anymore, since he was almost pulling his left leg.
What made him worried was her condition. Physical and emotional stress might cause her harm and their baby. Who’s to blame? Of course, him! He admitted it.
“Jedi, I said stop running. You might endanger our baby!”
Upon hearing him, he saw her slow down. However, he could not get near to her because she never stopped moving away.
