Aaron made me take a week of rest before letting me get back to work. I didn’t like it at first but I did what I was told because I didn’t want us to have a fight when we had just reconciled.
“Ready?” He asked me when he had parked in the basement. He did not let his driver come today so we could have our private moment together.
I was living with Aaron again in his house. It took a lot of courage for him to face my parents, apologize for everything that had happened, and then take me from them. We didn’t actually have to ask for their permission, but as a respectful person, Aaron wanted to let them know of his plans to make me move to his house and solely take care of me.
