The king's men snuck into the private library of the other kingdom.
They claimed the missing tomes, cheers from the palace for the recovery, and a celebratory party would be held that night.
The party would introduce me, thank you for the information that led to the recovery of the tomes, and announce to the kingdom that Rual had found his fated partner. Though I did not know the second part, I was only told it was for the tomes.
I was given a tour of the palace; my favorite room would be the library or the music room.
When I entered the music room, my mother and stepfather behind me, the king and queen leading them into the room, I instantly knew this was a room I would visit often.
‘Do you play?’ asked the queen.
I nodded, looking around the room at the different instruments.
