Gadrak together with his kingdom and some of the surviving members of Edric’s pack returned to Adharki. He had them shackled and paraded like thieves behind him as he approached the crowd.
He had plans of turning them into his weapons. Weapons he'll use to find Edric and sniff him out since he was their Alpha wolf and they knew his scent. Using the same dark magic Leila used on Landon, he will take control of their minds and bodies and use them as his pawns. Only this time, the spell will last longer.
Seeing the werewolf slaves he brought back as a sign of victory, the citizens of the kingdom erupted in cheers and applause, their excitement echoing through the kingdom. They were happy he brought back the werewolf slaves. And were happier the vortex was probably amongst them.
