As I cannot eat inside the reception area, Dexter told me to eat inside his car instead and gave me his car key. He would stay inside the clinic in case someone came out to update us about Baron. Grateful for his thoughtfulness, I stepped out of the clinic and into his car. That was when I noticed that the key ring he was using was the one I gave him years ago.
