Chapter Twenty Eight

I was woken up by girlfriend playing in my nipples... I was laying on my left side facing away from her and she was cuddling up with me from behind. And she kept on playing with my nipple..

I slowly removed her hand and she'd slip it back up. I turned to face her and found her dead asleep. I smiled and kissed her forehead.

She looked peaceful and so cute when sleeping....And innocent if I might add. She didn't look like a person who'd have s*x more than three times a day... God this woman was a s*x addict and I had no problem with that.. I loved feeling wanted in everyway..cos I wanted her the same much.

Now, the keys, like this woman gave me three keys at once.. And I don't even wanna think about how much they cost because God she got me a BMW X3... like what the fuck... what the f**k was wrong with her?

I ran my hand smooth over her face and she didn't even flinch. I wouldn't be surprised if she was dead, we had s*x until four in the morning because of her... well after I said yes I'll move in with her. I kept quiet and stared at her. She smiled with her eyes still closed, "...or maybe I should f**k you until four in the morning...."

I pushed her playfully and she laughed. I looked at her. She kissed my nose, "I love you more baby..."

I tried to turn away but she pulled me on top of her, I shook my head, "nooo no s*x please.... I'll cry rape..."

We were both still naked. So my skin was right on hers. She laughed again, "So no s*x for me?"

She laughed at me... "What the f**k?"

I laughed too, "okay I don't know if it's said like that but apparently it means too much of something is bad.. no matter how good it is.. once it's too much, it ain't good anymore..."

I connected my lips with hers and kissed her. She held on tight and with another hand she pulled the sheets to cover us..

She moaned a bit and I pulled away, "no.. no s*x remember.... this will lead there..."

She laughed and I did too, "I can't wait to see the car.. And thank you again for buying it for me... means a lot.."

"What?" Maa Sophia's voice said as the door opened revealing her and dad. My dad asked, "she bought you a car?"

I was so fucken thankful that Kat pulled the darn sheets over us, or else they'd be seeing us naked... I quickly looked at us and made sure that we were covered,

"What are you guys doing in here? We are naked.."

"Answer me.. Did she or did she not..."

"Yes she did.. Now can you please excuse us so we can get dressed..." I said starting to feel annoyed. I mean I was still laying naked on top of Kat..

My father came closer, in view with my girlfriend who's face was red with embarrassment because this was a very compromising position to be found at... especially by your girlfriend's parents.

"So what? You'll go to an extent of buying her love...."

That got on my nerves, "Don't... please don't talk s**t you know nothing about..."

Kat poked me, "Baby don't disrespect your dad like that ..

"Listen to her Thandy.. you can't talk to your dad like he is your age..."

I got up not caring about s**t, and took Katherine's shirt on the floor then put it on, "So what? He should disrespect my girlfriend all he likes because he's my 'dad' and Maa Sophia you'll only talk when I disrespect him? You know one of these days you'll be left with him.. because you would sacrifice everyone's happiness for him.... well I won't take his bull.... Kat isn't buying my love..."

"What do you call her buying you a car?"

"The same s**t mom called you when you bought her a house and her first car.... if you was buying mom's love then, then Katherine is doing that... which means I'm buying everyone's love in this house since I bought everyone tickets and what they should wear... right..."

"This is different...."

"Only because you want it to be... Now please get out so we can get dressed... you being here and piercing your eyes through my girlfriend who hardly has clothes on is making me uncomfortable... disrespect...you call it..."

My father was beyond pissed. Anger was written all over his face...And at this moment I didn't care, they had no right to eavesdrop on my conversation with Kat and then waltz in without knocking.

They both got out and I sighed trying to calm myself down...

"Are you okay?" Kat asked and I shook my head, "please stop what you are doing... I know you are secretly hoping for my dad's approval but him walking over you and our relationship the way he is, is just bull... you either keep quiet and let me deal with him or when you say something you actually stand up for yourself... that's all...."

She sighed, "I hate what's happening.. I just wish things were different and that you were okay with him... I wish we could all get along..."

"I wish that too... but since we aren't it's alright too, but I won't stand them being disrespectful to you.. you are dating me and not them... so yeah..." I said walking to the bathroom.....

We joined everyone in the living room after bathing. They were all drinking soda. I looked at Chloe and she shrugged and whispered, "your dad looks like he saw a ghost...."

"Might as well have... he saw me and Kat naked and I was on top of Kat.. And then he over heard that Kat bought me a car...."

"She fucken what?"

"Don't make this a big deal too...."

She shook her head, "hell noo.. I'm just happy.. look, out of all people I know how much you two love each other.. I'm really happy for you..."

"Yah and I'm starving... My girlfriend too.. so where is our breakfast...?"

She laughed, "of course, I mean who wouldn't be hungry after so much sex... God you guys are just.....gross..."

I winked, "she's a keeper..."

She pulled me to the kitchen, "indeed she is.... here's cereal... we all ate that...."

"Baby..." I called for my girlfriend, "come let's eat...."

She came and we sat down and ate. I gave her a reassuring smile and she smiled back.

I honestly hated this and now things were more awkward because of what happened earlier with our parents. I sighed, "God...babe relax please..."

She shrugged, "I hate this tension... They aren't even looking at your little sister... this isn't good babe... this is not good at all..."

I sighed and got up, "now that we are all here... I would like us to talk...."

My father sighed, "Thandy this isn't..."

"No.... this is the right time..." My little sister said startling all of us, we kept quiet and looked at her, she continued, "your first born just graduated from thee New York Academy School of Arts... not all South African parents get to experience that dad. She's on Glee, the biggest talent show on TV and she is on every newspaper at home because she has achieved so big at such a young age... that all doesn't matter to you now, does it? That she used R14 000 X 4 to fly all us here to experience this.. that doesn't matter to you, what really matters is you standing in her way of happiness because..."

"That's enough...." Maa Sophia said and I joined in,

"More like that's true...."

"Thandy stop it... your father is trying to show you the right way and..."

I rolled my eyes, "of course he is... he is so perfect right.... committed adultery... no one ever told you you were wrong... you left my Mom for her and...."

I was startled when I heard the sound of a slap and when I registered what happened Kat was now in front of me and my dad was trying to hit me but Kat protected me...

I turned to Kat and blood was flowing on the hand she had covering her nose. I took off the shirt I was wearing leaving me in a bra.. And I put it on Kat's face... then I turned to my dad who looked like he has seen a ghost, "please leave...."

My dad's eyes shot wide open, "I'm sorry... is she okay..."

"Please... get out...right now before I call the cops." I said calmly...

Chloe showed up with a first aid kit and Katherine opened it with her other hand...

"Sindy.... get your things..." I heard Maa Sophia said and I looked at her, "what?"

"I'm leaving with Sindy.. She's my daughter...so she's leaving with me." She answered me and I looked back at Kat, she was now finished wiping the blood off her face and we realized it was a nose bleed.

She applied something there as my sister went to my bedroom to get her bags. She came back in seconds and placed them on the floor. She looked at me and then at her mother.

"Sindy can stay here, she was going to fly back home with Kat..."

"She'll fly with us...." My father said.

"If you'll have $700 to change the date and time of her ticket then that's no problem..." I said turning back to my girlfriend and touched her nose...

"Talking about tickets, come get it Sindy..."

They went to my room and I turned to my dad, "I hope you are proud of yourself... beating women like it's no problem...."

He sighed, "you know I didn't mean to do that..."

I nodded, "of course, I will never forget how this was meant for me and not her..."

I quickly made my way to my bedroom and when I got in my girlfriend was saying,

"What's more cool about it is that you can set a timer to send a message to someone.. like let's say you can set the Phone to send someone a message in three hours.."

"Woaah is that a phone?" I asked and my sister showed it to me. The shitty thing cost R28 980 in rands... I looked at my girlfriend shocked and she closed her eyes, "please don't be like that... it's amazing and she lost her phone..."

My sister was smiling like an i***t, Kat looked at her and said, "It's ready for use and If you check your pictures, you'll find something..."

My sister quickly did and then started jumping with joy and hugged my girlfriend, "thank you so much Kat.. I love you..."

Kat laughed, "I love you too baby...."

They pulled away and my sister looked at me, she approached me and hugged me, "I love you so much more... so much...."

"Me too kid.. I love you so much more... use this phone for good things.. like calling me.. or Kat anytime... please okay..."

"Yes please do call us or me and I'll come for you... anytime okay..." My girlfriend said standing next to us and my sister pulled us both into a hug, "I love you guys...thank you....."

And she left. When she reached the living room I heard a little debate about the Phone and Sindy told them that the Phone is hers and she ain't changing it.. And then there was silence..

Kat hugged me, "you should fix things with Maud...."

I pulled away, "I need to go to the beach with my girlfriend....."

She let go of it and we went out. The day was amazing and for one I forgot that I have problems with my parents and that my best friend and I were not on talking terms. I enjoyed things like any normal person with no stress should and that As thanks to Katherine....

"God I can't believe you are like gone.... I miss you already..." I said sadly over the Phone.

Kat was just telling me that she has landed at home with Maud and they flew okay.

"I miss you more baby... I really do but this was the best time of my life... I miss the s*x already..."

I laughed, of course she was going to be an i***t about it, "It's only my girlfriend who can be this dirty while walking within streets full of people.."

She laughed too and asked, "what? How do I sugarcoat the fact that I miss having s*x with you?"

'pervert.... Tell Kat I said adios...' Chloe said passing by and I rolled my eyes but said it anyways.

Two months later my parents were hardly talking to me but I was talking to my sister three times a week and it was a rule. My girlfriend and I were still perfect.

Today I woke up feeling a bit down and then called Sindy as usual and we talked for a bit.

I laughed, "I'm blessed to have a sister like you kid.. I love you so much more okay.... I'll see you in a month.. been doing a countdown..."

Then I hang up. My driver from Glee arrived and took me to work we got busy with the shoot and I tried by all means to concentrate but my heart wasn't here... suddenly I felt dizzy and almost fell...

"Are you okay?" Susan asked making me drink a glass of water, I nodded, "I'm okay... just a bit off..."

"Okay... let's take 30.... the medical team should make sure that Thandy is okay...." director Stephanie, who replaced Jack said that. And everyone nodded.

Two medics and Susan accompanied me to my trailer..after sitting on my couch they tried to check on me but I stopped them and took my phone, "I'm fine guys.. I just need to talk to my girlfriend and see if she's okay..."

They looked at me and Susan spoke, "guys give her time to make the call.. I'll call you if she isn't okay."

The guys nodded and went out.

I took my phone and dialled Kat and it kept on ringing and ringing and ringing.. then it went to voicemail..

I tried again and same s**t happened.. I felt like crying but left her a message anyways,

"Baby please get back to me... I love you... so much and I'm not feeling like myself... I hope you are okay..."

Then I hung up. I looked at Susan, "she's not answering..."

The girl shrugged, "she's probably working babe please don't worry..."

I was trying by all means to not worry but my phone rang and it was Bianca..

"B...."

"Hey... are you okay?"

I shrugged, "I don't know.. I been trying to be okay the whole day.. Kat isn't answering her phone and I'm worried..."

"She's probably okay... I was checking how you were.."

That confused me since she never did it before. I cleared my throat, "Bianca you never check on me what's going on?"

She kept quiet...

"Bianca tell me if something happened... please... is Kat okay...?"

The girl sighed and then spoke in a trembling voice, "I think you should come back home..."

"Bianca what is wrong?"

God I was sweating by now....She was scaring the living out of me and she had no idea. Why should I come back home? Was something wrong? Did something happen to Kat?

Immediately my phone beeped indicating there was another incoming call.. I looked and it was my dad. I sighed, "Bianca my dad is calling please talk.. what's wrong with my girlfriend?"

She sobbed, "please talk to your dad.."

"Bianca..."

"Please.. I'll call you again and we will talk....please..." then she hung up.

Susan looked at me with the same expression I had... worry, "What's wrong?"

I shrugged but answered my phone, "dad...."

He cleared his throat, "hey baby how are you?"

I immediately felt sharp pain pierce through my heart. The last time he spoke to my like this he told me my mom was in a car accident..and that she died.

"Daddy... what's wrong?"

"Baby you should come home..."

"Dad... what's wrong?" My voice was breaking and my throat hurt like hell because I was trying by all means not to even cry before I knew what was wrong....

"it's...... She's gone....." he said her name in a whisper, if I wasn't paying attention, I swear I was going to miss it...

I felt my breath close in as if I was suddenly pushed on the floor and some heavy metal was put on my chest making it hard for me to breathe..

Susan took my phone and held me close to her.

"Mr Phakathi.... yes it's Susan....No... She's not okay... I'll call you back..."

Then she looked at me, "Thandy....."

I shook my head, "no...."

"Thandy....."

I screamed as loud as I could... "noooooooooo...."

And she held me tight. I tried to pull away or fight her but she pushed on and held me tighter until any fighting energy in me was finished. I felt numb.. like my body wasn't mine..

"I am so sorry......"

The trailer opened and the Calvin and Stephanie walked in, "What's going on in here?"

They looked at me and I couldn't even say a word or even cry... They then looked at Susan, "what happened Susan...?"

"It's..." I tried to block her out when she mentioned her name... She continued, "I was talking to Thandy's dad and he said she passed away over an hour ago..."
