I woke up with a jerk to a blinding pain in my lower abdomen. I exhaled as I tried to catch my breath. The heavy arm around me had me realising how carefully I was tucked into his body, but I couldn't make myself to enjoy it even for a second longer as another cramp had me biting down on my lower lip.
