Emily’s POV
Slowly I open my eyes looking around. I’m laying in the center of a dark room. Its completely empty except for the cold, metal table I’m laying on, a surgical light above me, and a door to my right. At least that’s all I can see in the darkness.
“Sarah?” I whisper looking around. Part of me hoping she is here so I’m not alone but the majority of me hoping she is not here and instead is safe at home with Axel and her kids.
I’m greeted with silence and praying that means she is safe. I let out a sigh of relief as the door opens.
