Emily's POV
I'm pregnant. Ok. This is fine. I'm fine. Everything's fine. I chant in my head as the doctor sits in his chair a few feet away from me looking at the computer screen. I hope Damon's happy but if he isn't I will find a way to protect this baby and Bella. I'll do this alone if I had to but I really want Damon to be there.
"Would you like me to go get Alpha Damon so he can be here for the ultrasound?" the doctor asks.
"NO!" I say quickly while sitting up
