My heart swelled at Jaden’s words. His obvious concern for me and my brother made me love him even more. He was willing to fight every single warrior here to defend us. He didn’t have to. His willingness to do just that was enough. I will deal with these idiots. Alpha Jaxon and Chase were hiding in the darkness, between buildings, just like the other warriors had earlier.
