Trevor’s POV
After a few minutes of her staring back at me with her mind racing to make up another lie, I knew what I had to do. “I, Alpha Trevor Byrne, Alpha command you to tell the truth, Heidi Levin. What did you tell Dane to do to Melina?” I commanded.
“I told him to kill her. I told him that he and his men needed to have some fun with her before they cut her head off and set her on fire. I told him she never needed to be found again. He was happy to do it. He hated her for shaming him in front of the other warriors. She kept humiliating them by trying to boss them around, telling them how to fight. He’s wanted to get her back ever since,” Heidi replied as if what she said was no big deal.
“Why do you hate her so much, Heidi? How could she have pissed you off so badly?
