Trevor’s POV
In less than twenty-four hours my life has gone to s**t. Heidi is giddy about being the Luna. She's been bossing people around all day. Confronting Melina's Family and the Council. Having the omegas discard everything that belonged to Melina, unless it was expensive, she wanted it for herself. I only managed to save one item from being lost forever. I was able to save it only because it was in my office. It was a ruby red glass heart. It sat in a little stand, so the pointed end of it was held secure. The curved top of it made a perfect heart shape. Melina had ordered it and gave it to me a week after we met. She never tried to hide how much she loved me.
