I'd been terrified when Cheryl linked me that Maksim had been hurt. My whole world tilted on its axis. I was glad that Anton had waited to let her know what happened until they were almost back to Black Adder. He already knew we would both be terrified for him, until we could see that he was uninjured for ourselves. We tried to keep the crying to a minimum, I swear we did.
