I go up to the fourth floor in search of my mate to give her a cup of lemon tea that she likes. She wasn’t feeling too well this morning so she’s working from home today. I knock on her door before walking in. I see she’s on her phone and typing away on her laptop. She gestures for me to walk in and I do closing the door behind me.
“Okay, Yolanda. Thank you for everything. I will see you tomorrow” my mate said before hanging up the phone.
“Hey babe” she smiles and I place the tea in front of her. She takes a deep breath and smiles.
“Thank you love. You’re the best” she smiles before blowing on it and taking a sip.
“Are you busy?” I asked.
“No, what’s up?” she asked.
“I wanted to talk to you about making the pack official” I said.
“Okay, when do you want to do it?”
