I went back to my pack, Chaos hadn't talked to me since I left the Dungeon, but I could still hear his piercing, pained whimpers.
He wasn’t the only one suffering. I was also feeling numb, empty.
When I arrived home, I met Ami in the living room.
“Why are you looking as if you have seen a ghost?” she asked, narrowing her eyes, and closing the distance between us with a couple of long strides.
