Their clothes were tumbling together in the dryer and Liam was amazed that such a simple thing as drying clothes could make him so happy. He hadn’t shared his home with anyone in too long. Kieran was wrapped cozily in Liam’s thick flannel robe and Faulkner was fast asleep on the rug, at his feet. Liam warmed up his coffee in the microwave. From the kitchen he gazed at Kieran’s profile.
