Blake watches Indi’s desperate expression. She is far from the fragile, weak girl she usually portrays. Her blonde hair looks dishevelled from just waking up. For once, she has no makeup on, having a strange pallid colour to her face as she is technically sick, but there is no sign of that as she kneels on her supposedly damaged leg.
Her blue eyes are filled with tears and maybe usually his heart would sway with pity for the woman, but not now. His heart is closed off to her. Once it ends, it ends in a spectacular fashion. He leaves no room for hearing her out.
