Was my mother here? Was she planning some big surprise for me at home? My spirits lifted knowing he was here, having my mother here after being away from her felt good. I missed her. I have the best relationship with my mother. She never judged, even when she thought I was doing the wrong thing.
And what I loved the most about her when I needed her. She was always there. She'd never tell me I knew you were making a mistake, or I knew it would never work out for you, she would cook me my favorite dinner, wait for me to open up about what happened and just be the supportive person she has always been.
I said goodbye to Suann and left feeling renewed. She would have my back, give me the advice I needed and just make everything better... as I made my way home I pictured my apar
