I was up early after sleeping for only about five hours. Jumping up from the bed, I went straight to the bathroom for a quick shower. Time is ticking. When I should have been beside Lexi, I was wasting my time away from her.
I got myself dressed, went to the kitchen to make some coffee, and made a few calls and emails to make sure everything was in place before I went to the hospital - the security around the people I wanted monitored and some work turnovers.
I also called my lawyers to let them know about Lexi’s situation. I was wondering if they could go on with the case against Mom without bothering Lexi, at least for the meantime.
