Thorian's POV
I scanned the pack grounds, looking for the perfect person to approach. My eyes landed on two men standing off to the side, talking quietly. One of them stood out — a tall, lanky guy with a friendly face. I strolled over casually, trying to appear relaxed.
“Hey there, mind if I join you?” I asked, flashing a friendly smile.
The talkative one, whose name was Finn, gave me a nod. “Not at all! We were just talking about our last hunting trip. You’re new around here, right?”
I nodded and took a seat beside him. “Yeah, I’m still getting used to how things work in the pack. The Alpha… he seems like quite the leader.”
Finn leaned in with a knowing look. “Tell me about it. He keeps a tight hold on everything, that’s for sure. But he has kept us safe so far.”
