After my father left, I didn’t go back to sleep even though I claimed to be tired before. My head wouldn’t leave me in peace as my mind replayed the days events and that Talia and the others would be worried that I haven’t joined them by now. I just hoped that they would not come looking for me, but knowing Talia, I knew that that was a possibility. What I needed was a way to get out of here, but I still felt too weak, and I was still in restraints.
