I didn't look back, neither did I stop running.
If he was behind me...... I know I'm definitely no match for him..... I still didn't want him to catch up.
When I dared to look back, I realized that he wasn't running after me.
I slowed down and started to walk briskly out of the hotel. I rubbed my chest trying to calm down.
