I stare blankly at my laptop screen before clicking the refresh button again. My mailbox loads only to tell me there’s still no new mail. Letting out a sigh, I wait a few seconds before pressing the button again. And sure enough, there’s nothing.
I close my laptop shut and roll in my bed, looking at the ceiling. It’s Monday night and I’ve done all my homework for the week. We’re already back from spring break so college acceptances should be coming out, but I still haven’t heard anything. I’ve applied to a few schools in the city, but the school that I really wanna go to is Princeton.
