Zander, however, seemed not to get my point and glanced at me, saying, "I won't disturb you. Just go have a rest."
I was speechless when I just wanted to say "You should leave".
We both stood still for a while, and finally, it was Zander who spoke first, "Fever can lead to serious problems. Just go back to your room and rest. Once you get better, I won't bother you anymore."
After all, he took me to the hospital, so I couldn't say anything too heartless to him.
I pursed my lips and said, "OK. Suit yourself."
After taking the medicine, I was very drowsy.
Zander looked up at me and smiled slightly.
I went back to my room, closed the door, put on my pajamas, pulled the blanket over me, and fell asleep.
