We had been driving for a while, Colton still refused to tell me where we were going. I eventually let out a frustrated sigh and stopped asking.
I noticed we had entered the human City, we went passed where I use to live with Sam and was heading towards the outskirts of town.
After driving for another 15 minutes, we turned down a long driveway. I looked out the window and admired the property and buildings we drove by. There was a sign that read “The Palm resort” and that’s exactly what this was, a beautiful resort with palm trees lining the driveway, a water fountain in the middle of a roundabout and a large building that looked both modern and expensive. My mouth fell open, while I took everything in.
