(Two weeks later)
We had just arrived home from the funeral and Hailey as been exhausted. She fell asleep on the way home so I had to carry her to our room so I could let her rest. I took off her clothes to make her more comfortable in bed, then covered her up with the comforter. After I took a shower and changed, my butler James came up with something for us to eat. I thanked him and he walked out saying he was going to go and take something for the kids to eat.
I couldn’t sleep because of how sad today was, so I went to my office with my dinner to see if I could catch up on some work.
