(Three Months later)
I was here working at the restaurant when I received a call that would remain with me forever. My mother had a heart attack and now she was in the hospital. I couldn’t concentrate so Sarah had to take me to the hospital so I could find out what was going on. I called Dominic to let him know what happened and he said he was on his way with the kids since they just arrived home from school.
“ don’t worry Hailey, it’s going to be ok.” Sarah said as she tried to comfort me. I wasn’t listening though, because I couldn’t stop thinking about my mom. Dad must be going crazy right now, how could he not when she’s his wife and the mother of his child.
