I murmured to myself while climbing the mountain. The hot volcanic rocks of the mountain were burning my hand although I was wearing the gloves, they weren't protecting me in any way. I climbed up and up when I lost balance and began to fell down but before that can happen a stem of the tree came out of nowhere and I grabbed it.
" Strange? Where did that single stem come from?" I asked myself in confusion " Who cares? All it matters is that I am alive. I won't give up until I get the phoenix powers." I took a deep breath and tried to climb again and finally succeeded in reaching the top of the mountain.
