Rylee went back to Blue Lake after comforting Lanie and triple-checking that Lanie wouldn’t do anything that could change the future, no matter what the cost. Lanie swore and pink promised, so Rylee was able to return home without much worry.
With the knowledge that the buyer would be arriving sooner than they wanted, Chad and the other ranked members prepared for his arrival and prepped Trent, informing him not to cause any hostility with the buyer. They expected him to do his due diligence as usual, but his primary goal was to avoid any physical confrontations. The only purpose of Lanie going to the future was to see what the buyer looked like, not to change his arrival at the pack, or even potentially enter the pack territory.
