  Hunter     After Clair’s burning was soothed, she slept in my arms once again. My poor mate was exhausted and so was I. But I have never felt more pleased and happy being this exhausted before.  We rested for quite some time and when I woke up, I asked someone to bring our breakfast to the room. Clair really needed to recover her energy.  I was glad I told Tyler and Stefano to go back to the pack after the Alpha’s meeting, that way I didn’t have to worry too much about the Black Forest Pack and could focus on my mate.
